Log into your NIDA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure the Package
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
